    • cAMP Hunter™ eXpress cells are engineered to overexpress naturally Gi or Gs coupled, wildtype GPCRs and are designed to detect changes in intracellular cAMP levels in response to agonist stimulation of the receptor. These cells have been modified to prevent long term propagation and expansion using a proprietary compound that has no apparent effect on assay performance.


    Cells were plated in a 96-well plate and stimulated with a control agonist (+ Forskolin for Gi targets). Following stimulation, signal was detected according to the recommended protocol.
