Plays a role in vascular inflammation (By similarity).
    Tissue Specificity: Cardiac allograft, spleen and testis. Expressed by inflammatory cells (macrophages and neutrophils).
    Cellular locations: Cytoplasm > Cytoskeleton. Cell projection > Ruffle membrane. Cell projection > Phagocytic cup.

    Associated with the actin cytoskeleton at membrane ruffles and at sites of phagocytosis.
